Stanford University is proud to be hosting the 2008 National Collegiate Taekwondo Championships on April 25th - 26th, 2008. The competition includes poomsae and sparring for black and colored belts. These championships are the first qualification tournament for student athletes (black belt sparring competitors only) interested in earning a spot on 2008 US National Collegiate Taekwondo Team, which will compete at the 10th World University Taekwondo Championships in Belgrade.

This year the poomsae competition will follow the updated WTF scoring rules. There will be a poomsae seminar the morning of Friday April 25th for those unfamiliar with the new rules.
